OIKOS 壹间设计:佰和幼儿园及前期售楼处设计
佰和幼儿园是某高端住宅开发项目的组成部分,在项目运营前期将承担售楼处的功能业态。幼儿园作为儿童的第一个生活聚落,在建构儿童空间认知记忆的同时,也将成为创造高品质生活社区的重要人居空间。对这种幸福感的建立,将以儿童的需求出发,进而创造开放灵活的空间以及温暖的感知。
The Baihe Kindergarten is part of a high-end real estate development, serving as its sales center at the early stage of this project. As the first living cluster for children, a kindergarten constructs their initiative spatial memories, and offers essential living spaces to a certain community. The construction of the sense of happiness, starting from the needs of children, goes further by creating continuous open spaces, as well as conceiving the cognition of warm experiences.
项目场地占地5300m2,与城市干道形成了三角形地块,东侧面山,自然地势东高西低。对于空间原型关系的规划试图修正南侧教室北侧办公室的紧凑排布,在中央置入中心庭院,并将体量的空间位置拉开设置交通空间与其他开放空间,进而为每个空间单元赋予独立性,但同时将各子空间统一在连续开放的空间序列之中。建筑形体同时顺应地势被逐阶抬升。
The site occupies a space of 5,300m2, formed in a triangular shape by the city road, facing a hill on the east side. In order to modify the traditional spatial prototype with tight layout of classrooms and offices, a central garden is planned into its spatial sequence, which creates additional voids for circulation spaces and open-space programs. The singularity of each spatial unit is then celebrated, and unified in an interrelated rhythm. Architectural volumes are then lifted grid by grid in order to correspond to the topography changes.

售楼处室内设计延续建筑空间由中心庭院串联的空间序列感与人文属性,将简洁的几何形式与统一的色调关系进行整合。售楼处前区是一个长进深空间,依次为入口大堂、沙盘展厅、洽谈区。大厅的设计将三个深色矩形体置入其中,中央深色的水池在前后的空间之中创造出划分与联系。沙盘区以灰色调材质为主,位居中心的白色石材区域包含沙盘与主要灯光空间。洽谈区在沙盘展区之后,在庭院旁由充满序列感的屏架围合成空间尺度多样的空间,在此可以感受到两侧庭院充沛的阳光与风景。中央洽谈区拥有南北两侧通透的良好庭院景致,两侧对称的手工凿刻的石材墙面形成了具有手工之美的场域。
The interior design of the sales center derives from the spatial rhythm and senses of humanity created by the architecture. It brings clean geometrical forms and unified color tones together into the formula. The front place of the sale center is a deep rectangular space that contains lobby, exhibition spaces and lounge. Three black cubes in various scales are placed in the lobby, one of which ends up as a reflecting pool and marks the spatial partition. The exhibition space is designed in a grey-scale tone, with one white linear bar that upholds models and the main lighting installation. The lounge appears after, opening to two gardens and sunlight on both sides and being framed by decorative shelves. The central lounge area owns a space that is opened to the outside view, with textured stone wall expressing the sense of craftsmanship.
